Traditional Floor Screed or Sand and Cement Floor Screed is made from sharp sand, cement, and a minimal quantity of water. This is suitable for all applications that are to receive a floor finish and is usually the most economic.

Floor Screed can be left bare or used as a base for other finishes such as tiles. It allows for a perfect finish to structural concrete.
